HI I AM JANET NAMBI

Recovering BURNED-OUT entrepreneur and MOM of four.

YOU DO NOT LIKE THE WOMAN YOU HAVE BECOME BECAUSE;

You dread going to work.

You feel hopeless you do not know what to do about your circumstances.

You are afraid to compromise your lifestyle because the thought of leaving your job or your partnership has crossed your mind.

You are cynical and critical of your colleagues.

You easily snap at your spouse and children.

You are finding it difficult to sleep well.

You are spending more time at work than you wish to.

You are losing connection with your spouse and close family members.

You have no time for your health.

CAN WOMEN REALLY HAVE IT ALL, YOU ASK?

As a high-achiever, you are probably working your tail off.

You are making a lot of money but you are not enjoying your success because you are constantly tired, frustrated, and overwhelmed.

Your relationships are strained for several reasons.

You are probably getting very little support at home from your spouse.

And if you are single, you have no time to meet up with friends.

You have neglected your health.

You are overwhelmed with so much responsibility and you think you have to do it all because if you don't, no one else will.

And at its worst, you are detached, disengaged, and lack the passion you previously had.

In fact, you do not feel deserving of your leadership role because you are not contributing as much value as you'd like.

You wonder what could've gone wrong.

MY JOURNEY!

On the road to discovering my purpose, I have been so many versions of myself. A degree in Finance, an MSc in Telecommunications Mgmt, and 7-yr banking career, a co-owner for a recruiting agency for 10-yrs and now a life and business coach.

I looked for success and freedom so I decided to become an entrepreneur.

In 2006, I joined passion and dreams with two very good friends whom I love and respect dearly, to start a recruiting agency in Uganda. 10 years later, our combined perseverance, passion, and zeal to succeed, grew the business into the largest in 6 countries.

I enjoyed the success and all that money could buy until I couldn't go on anymore. That sense of resolve and purpose had all vanished into thin air. I was exhausted, disengaged, and detached. I had no idea that I was burned out!

When I was at my worst, I asked myself the question, what's the point of making money when I am not fulfilled? Is this all that success has to offer? What is my definition of success?

Ten years into the partnership, I made the most difficult decision in my life. I left all behind to go and rediscover my passion. With no help or guidance, I had no idea what I was going to do next.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO IT ALONE!

My transition was the most difficult thing I ever had to go through because I did it all alone.

It is for this reason, that I want to help you regain control of your career and your life so you can enjoy your success, on your terms so you can enjoy life once again.
